Nowadays photography happens in the computer as much as through the lens. The other day I shot this scene with the new Fujifilm IS1. This infrared (IR) camera is capable of capturing light in the visible and non-visible spectrum. Thus transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.
I made this picture in Photoshop CS3 using a NIK color enhancing filter to further tweak the IR look of the image. The dreamy leafy look is enhanced further by the strong backlight of the trees and their canopy.
