It was apparent during the editing process that the girls had a lot of hand imagery. Once in a while, the girls were reminded to zone in on shooting someone's hands, but for the most part they were naturally drawn to doing it. They viewed slide shows of photographs of the human body and were also guided to take pictures of details in general. They were especially attracted to photographing their own hand prints. ![]() Evelyn draws upon her artistic talent to make a handprint in the mud.© 2007 Evelyn ![]() Katiuska recreates a similar photo from an image the girls saw in a slideshow from the workshop’s weekly classes. © 2007 Katiuska
