Tamron's Pro Learning Center Video Podcasts |
|
Tamron's Pro Learning Center (at www.tamron.com) has just launched a great new resource for photographers looking to learn more. The site now hosts 4-minute podcasts on a variety of subjects, which essentially condense 45 minutes of lecture down to bite size lessons that you can view either on your computer or transfer to your iPod.
Each segment is hosted by a leading photographer in the respective field who offers tips on everything from surfing to macro photography in Central Park. The videos offer concise and straightforward advice that is combined with visual examples to solidify each video's tips and techniques. All of these podcasts are available free of charge and can be found at the following address: http://www.tamron.com/lenses/learning_center/pro_learning_center_podcasts.asp Just make sure you have Quicktime installed on your computer and you'll be good to go. The first five podcasts posted are the following (be sure to give each link a minute or two to download - you'll be glad you did!): Surfers & Scenery on the California Coast: Don Gale with the 18-200mm An Aboriginal Inspired Studio Fashion Shoot: Jennifer George-Walker with the 17-50mm Natural Light Portraiture: Emily Wilson with the 28-300mm Amazing Macro in Central Park: Ruben Dario Cruz with the 90mm Wedding Video with the Tamron AF17-35 - by DJ LaDez
